Parihara is a small village of 4327 hectares in Ratangarh Tehsil in Churu district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Parihara depends on RATANGARH, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 32.62% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Parihara is also surrounded by Two lakes. They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of RATANGARH and Churu to sell earthen pot and make their living.
