Peepla is a small village of 666 hectares in Bharatpur Tehsil in Bharatpur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Peepla depends on Bharatpur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Peepla is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Peepla's pin code is 321021[4], and village code is 01041900. The area of Peepla is segregated as 511 hectares irrigated area, 86 hectares unirrigated, the 10 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 59 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Peepla has One post office (Pipla B.O). Peepla has Two banks, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Peepla is a census village in the district of Bharatpur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 4627 and has total administration over 725 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Peepla has 862 children, 492 boys and 370 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 981 (21.20%) males constitute 505 (10.91%) of the population and females 476 (10.29%).

According to a census 2011 report, 1934 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 1201 male, 733 female with 1230 (63.6%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 910 males and 320 females. 290 males and 30 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 246 male and 158 female agricultural labor. 704 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Bharatpur to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
