Phalaudi is a small village of 2219 hectares in Sawai Madhopur Tehsil in Sawai Madhopur district, also known for Ranthambore National Park in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Phalaudi depends on SAWAI MADHOPUR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Phalaudi is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Phalaudi's pin code is 322026[4], and village code is 01324300. The area of Phalaudi is segregated as 109.68 hectares irrigated area, 855.73 hectares unirrigated, the 104.13 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 1149.36 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Phalaudi has Sixteen public telephones. Phalaudi has Two banks, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Phalaudi is a census village in the district of Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 3903 and has total administration over 811 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Phalaudi has 541 children, 287 boys and 254 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 1315 (33.69%) males constitute 665 (17.04%) of the population and females 650 (16.65%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 35 (0.90%) males constitute 20 (0.51%) of the population and females 15 (0.38%).

The workforce is 1079 male, 630 female with 894 (52.31%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 817 males and 77 females. 257 males and 32 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 38 male and 15 female agricultural labor. 815 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Sawai Madhopur to sell earthen pot and make their living.
