Phulwara is a small village of 312 hectares in Bharatpur Tehsil in Bharatpur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Phulwara depends on Bharatpur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Phulwara is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Phulwara's pin code is 321021[4], and village code is 01043200. The area of Phulwara is segregated as 291 hectares irrigated area, 6 hectares unirrigated, the 5 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 10 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Phulwara has One post office (Phulwara B.O) and One public telephone. Phulwara has Two banks, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Phulwara is a census village in the district of Bharatpur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1518 and has total administration over 252 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Phulwara has 263 children, 150 boys and 113 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 22 (1.45%) males constitute 12 (0.79%) of the population and females 10 (0.66%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Bharatpur to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
