Piloda is a small village of 3136 hectares in Gangapur Tehsil in Sawai Madhopur district, also known for Ranthambore National Park in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Piloda depends on GANGAPUR CITY, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. Piloda is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Piloda's pin code is 322205[4], and village code is 01263300. The area of Piloda is segregated as 659.83 hectares irrigated area, 2364.35 hectares unirrigated, the 89.16 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 23.06 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Piloda has One post office (Piloda S.O) and Twenty Five public telephones. The village is connected with a single bus service. Piloda is a census village in the district of Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 6336 and has total administration over 1168 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
- Piloda has 724 children, 378 boys and 346 girls.
- Scheduled caste counts for 1134 (17.90%) males constitute 610 (9.63%) of the population and females 524 (8.27%).
- Scheduled tribe counts for 3906 (61.65%) males constitute 2146 (33.87%) of the population and females 1760 (27.78%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of GANGAPUR CITY and Sawai Madhopur to sell earthen pot and make their living.
