Piryani is a small village of 238 hectares in Bharatpur Tehsil in Bharatpur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Piryani depends on Bharatpur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Piryani is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Piryani's pin code is 321001[4], and village code is 01046000. The area of Piryani is segregated as 185 hectares irrigated area, 25 hectares unirrigated, the 4 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 24 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Piryani has One public telephone. The village is connected with a single bus service. Piryani has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Piryani is a census village in the district of Bharatpur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 783 and has total administration over 120 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled caste counts for 63 (8.05%) males constitute 38 (4.85%) of the population and females 25 (3.19%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Bharatpur to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
