Rajkumar R born in Vellore is an Indian Author, Journalist and a Researcher. He is the vice president of International Association of Sports and ICT.[1] He is well known for his book INDIA 2030 for which he was awarded as one of 100 Inspiring authors of India in 2018.[2] He has published Bio-Inspiring Learning Style Chatbot Inventory Using Brain Computing Interface to Increase the Efficiency of E-Learning along with Velappa Ganapathy[3] and Blot e-Learning system: Next generation learning system with M.K.Imad.[4][5] He believes that multitalented students are real time achievers, the story is published in India Startup 360.[6][7]

R. Rajkumar (Member, IEEE) was born in Vellore, India, in 1986. He is an Assistant Professor and has authored a book named INDIA 2030 (2017).[8] He contributed articles for society and students through various news and media.[9][10][11][12][13][14][15]
