Rajpura is a small village of 243 hectares in Bassi Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Rajpura depends on Shahpura, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 142.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Rajpura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Rajpura's pin code is 303305[4], and village code is 01475900. The area of Rajpura is segregated as 142 hectares irrigated area, 62 hectares unirrigated, the 10 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 29 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Rajpura is a census village in the district of Jaipur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2720 and has total administration over 437 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled caste counts for 753 (27.68%) males constitute 398 (14.63%) of the population and females 355 (13.05%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Shahpura and Jaipur to sell shoes and make their living.
