Rajpura is a small village of 637 hectares in Danta Ramgarh Tehsil in Sikar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Rajpura depends on Khandela, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 70.47% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Rajpura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Rajpura's pin code is 332023[4], and village code is 01702700. The area of Rajpura is segregated as 70.47 hectares irrigated area, 373.82 hectares unirrigated, the 162.07 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 30.23 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Rajpura is a census village in the district of Sikar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2018 and has total administration over 348 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Rajpura has 260 children, 150 boys and 110 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 379 (18.78%) males constitute 201 (9.96%) of the population and females 178 (8.82%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 90 (4.46%) males constitute 51 (2.53%) of the population and females 39 (1.93%).

The workforce is 499 male, 58 female with 500 (89.77%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 459 males and 41 females. 268 males and 18 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 6 males. 57 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Khandela and Sikar to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
