Rakhana is a small village of 556 hectares in Rohat Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Rakhana depends on Pali, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 86.00% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Rakhana is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tanker. Rakhana's pin code is 306421[4], and village code is 02425300. The area of Rakhana is segregated as 187 hectares irrigated area, 273 hectares unirrigated, the 41 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 55 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Rakhana has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Rakhana is a census village in the district of Pali, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 485 and has total administration over 103 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 29 (5.98%) males constitute 16 (3.30%) of the population and females 13 (2.68%).

The workforce is 154 male, 96 female with 168 (67.2%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 108 males and 60 females. 70 males and 42 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 26 male and 12 female agricultural labor. 82 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Pali to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
