Ramgarh is a small village of 552 hectares in Aspur Tehsil in Dungarpur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Ramgarh depends on Dungarpur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 7.00% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Ramgarh is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Ramgarh's pin code is 314034[4], and village code is 03318500. The area of Ramgarh is segregated as 15 hectares irrigated area, 136 hectares unirrigated, the 142 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 221 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Ramgarh is a census village in the district of Dungarpur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2911 and has total administration over 646 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled caste counts for 295 (10.13%) males constitute 146 (5.02%) of the population and females 149 (5.12%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 852 (29.27%) males constitute 457 (15.70%) of the population and females 395 (13.57%).

The workforce is 735 male, 506 female with 596 (48.03%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 510 males and 86 females. 162 males and 10 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 6 male and 9 female agricultural labor. 645 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Dungarpur to sell iron goods and make their living.
