Ramgarh is a small village of 1739 hectares in Chhipabarod Tehsil in Baran district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Ramgarh depends on Mangrol, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Ramgarh is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Ramgarh's pin code is 325221[4], and village code is 03896500. The area of Ramgarh is segregated as 158.08 hectares irrigated area, 389.12 hectares unirrigated, the 68.18 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 189 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Ramgarh is a census village in the district of Baran, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2435 and has total administration over 500 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

The workforce is 670 male, 536 female with 762 (63.18%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 555 males and 207 females. 139 males and 44 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 109 male and 55 female agricultural labor. 444 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Mangrol and Baran to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
