Ramgarh is a small village of 364 hectares in Sikrai Tehsil in Dausa district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Ramgarh depends on Mahwa, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 137.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Ramgarh is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Ramgarh's pin code is 303326[4], and village code is 01365700. The area of Ramgarh is segregated as 287 hectares irrigated area, the 32 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 45 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Ramgarh is a census village in the district of Dausa, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 6526 and has total administration over 1134 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled caste counts for 2310 (35.40%) males constitute 1194 (18.30%) of the population and females 1116 (17.10%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 665 (10.19%) males constitute 332 (5.09%) of the population and females 333 (5.10%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Mahwa and Dausa to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
