Ranipura is a small village of 705 hectares in Sri Madhopur Tehsil in Sikar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Ranipura depends on Sri Madhopur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 541.95% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Ranipura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Ranipura's pin code is 332722[4], and village code is 01733600. The area of Ranipura is segregated as 541.95 hectares irrigated area, 73.27 hectares unirrigated, the 5.09 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 84.53 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Ranipura is a census village in the district of Sikar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2290 and has total administration over 319 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

The workforce is 826 male, 795 female with 551 (33.99%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 478 males and 73 females. 324 males and 49 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 15 male and 10 female agricultural labor. 1070 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Sri Madhopur and Sikar to sell ghee and make their living.
