Rasal is a small village of 1860 hectares in Nawa Tehsil in Nagaur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Rasal depends on Kuchaman City, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 700.00% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Rasal is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Rasal's pin code is 341508[4], and village code is 01893900. The area of Rasal is segregated as 700 hectares irrigated area, 389 hectares unirrigated, the 693 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 78 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Rasal has One post office (Rasal B.O). The village is connected with a single bus service. Rasal has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Rasal is a census village in the district of Nagaur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 4174 and has total administration over 684 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Rasal has 632 children, 360 boys and 272 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 1171 (28.05%) males constitute 627 (15.02%) of the population and females 544 (13.03%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 4 (0.10%) males constitute 1 (0.02%) of the population and females 3 (0.07%).

According to a census 2011 report, 2047 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 1070 male, 977 female with 1112 (54.32%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 836 males and 276 females. 503 males and 244 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 30 male and 10 female agricultural labor. 935 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Kuchaman City and Nagaur to sell ghee and make their living.
