Ratanpura is a small village of 243 hectares in Shahpura Tehsil in Bhilwara district, also known as the Textile City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Ratanpura depends on Asind, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 27.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Ratanpura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Ratanpura's pin code is 311407[4], and village code is 02782000. The area of Ratanpura is segregated as 27 hectares irrigated area, 8 hectares unirrigated, the 36 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 45.91 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Ratanpura has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Ratanpura is a census village in the district of Bhilwara, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 516 and has total administration over 103 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled caste counts for 4 (0.78%) males constitute 2 (0.39%) of the population and females 2 (0.39%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Asind and Bhilwara to sell ghee and make their living.
