Reni is a small village of 3114 hectares in Rajgarh Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Reni depends on RAJGARH, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 1096.00% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Reni is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Reni's pin code is 301409[4], and village code is 00917800. The area of Reni is segregated as 1496 hectares irrigated area, 847 hectares unirrigated, the 439 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 332 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Reni is a census village in the district of Alwar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 8857 and has total administration over 1525 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 1803 (20.36%) males constitute 939 (10.60%) of the population and females 864 (9.75%).

According to a census 2011 report, 4306 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 2395 male, 1911 female with 2723 (63.24%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 2038 males and 685 females. 1056 males and 501 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 217 male and 60 female agricultural labor. 1583 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of RAJGARH and Alwar to sell earthen pot and make their living.
