Revora is a small village of 794 hectares in Bardez Tehsil in North Goa district, known and rated to have the best quality of life in India (based on the commission’s “12 Indicators”)[2] in the state of Goa, India.[3] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Revora depends on MAPUSA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[4] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Revora is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Revora's pin code is 403513[5], and village code is 00002900. The area of Revora is segregated as 52.53 hectares irrigated area, 328.63 hectares unirrigated, the 114.62 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 98.05 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Revora is a census village in the district of North Goa, Goa. The village has a total population of 2630 and has total administration over 631 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
As per the census 2011 report, 2207 people are literate in Revora out of which 1141 are males and 1066 are females.

According to a census 2011 report, 1147 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 796 male, 351 female with 736 (64.17%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 561 males and 175 females. 43 males and 41 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 39 male and 21 female agricultural labor. 411 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of MAPUSA and North Goa to sell country liquor and make their living.
