Revv Cars is an Indian self-drive mobility start up funded by Hyundai Motor Group and others.[1]The company was founded by ex-McKinsey & Company|McKinsey executives Anupam Agarwal and Karan Jain in July 2015 and started its operation in Delhi-National Capital Region (India)|NCR.[2][3][4][5][6] In 2018, it was reported to have 300,000 users in India and 3,500 cars in 2020.[3][7][8][9][10] Revv offered free cars to healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic in India|COVID 19 pandemic.[11]
The start up partnered with an intel company Mobileye, aiming to reduce accidents with advanced driver assistance systems[12]
Revv has partnered with Mahindra and Hyundai Motor Company|Hyundai to offer their car on subscription models that allow the vehicle to be kept for longer duration.[13][14][15][16]
