Rinu is a small village of 1232 hectares in Lachhmangarh Tehsil in Sikar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Rinu depends on Lachhmangarh, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Rinu is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Rinu's pin code is 332311[4], and village code is 01672100. The area of Rinu is segregated as 43.1 hectares irrigated area, 1120.04 hectares unirrigated, the 47.59 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 21.75 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Rinu is a census village in the district of Sikar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2570 and has total administration over 447 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 441 (17.16%) males constitute 220 (8.56%) of the population and females 221 (8.60%).

The workforce is 555 male, 202 female with 314 (41.48%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 274 males and 40 females. 58 males and 22 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 7 male and 1 female agricultural labor. 443 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Lachhmangarh and Sikar to sell ghee and make their living.
