Ront depends on Mahwa, the nearest town for all major economic activities.^[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 71.90% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Ront is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Ront's pin code is 321608^[4], and village code is 01372300. The area of Ront is segregated as 273.66 hectares irrigated area, 235.96 hectares unirrigated, the 25.51 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 24.38 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Ront is a census village in the district of Dausa, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1881 and has total administration over 342 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

• Ront has 318 children, 181 boys and 137 girls.
• Scheduled caste counts for 651 (34.61%) males constitute 357 (18.98%) of the population and females 294 (15.63%).
• Scheduled tribe counts for 84 (4.47%) males constitute 45 (2.39%) of the population and females 39 (2.07%).

The workforce is 486 male, 307 female with 314 (39.6%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 290 males and 24 females. 171 males and 13 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 8 male and 1 female agricultural labor. 479 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Mahwa and Dausa to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
