Saali is a small village of 1276 hectares in Pali Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Saali depends on Rani, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Saali is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tanker. Saali's pin code is 306602[4], and village code is 02438000. The area of Saali is segregated as 75 hectares irrigated area, 735 hectares unirrigated, the 202.55 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 263 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Saali has One public telephone. The village is connected with a single bus service. Saali has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Saali is a census village in the district of Pali, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 599 and has total administration over 121 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled caste counts for 247 (41.24%) males constitute 128 (21.37%) of the population and females 119 (19.87%).

The workforce is 135 male, 69 female with 104 (50.98%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 84 males and 20 females. 53 males and 4 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 4 male and 3 female agricultural labor. 100 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Rani and Pali to sell coal and make their living.
