Salariya is a small village of 1461 hectares in Desuri Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Salariya depends on Rani, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 180.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Salariya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Salariya's pin code is 306119[4], and village code is 02458700. The area of Salariya is segregated as 235 hectares irrigated area, 593.5 hectares unirrigated, the 392 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 240.84 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Salariya has One post office (Saleriya B.O) and Twelve public telephones. The village is connected with a single bus service. Salariya has Two banks, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Salariya is a census village in the district of Pali, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1312 and has total administration over 306 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
- Salariya has 160 children, 77 boys and 83 girls.
- Scheduled caste counts for 238 (18.14%) males constitute 122 (9.30%) of the population and females 116 (8.84%).
- Scheduled tribe counts for 312 (23.78%) males constitute 165 (12.58%) of the population and females 147 (11.20%).

According to a census 2011 report, 520 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 333 male, 187 female with 153 (29.42%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 146 males and 7 females. 35 males are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 50 male and 1 female agricultural labor. 367 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Rani and Pali to sell bricks and make their living.
