Samdock is a German cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) company headquartered in Munich. It is known for its CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software that centralizes customer data and increases sales.[1] The company aims at helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to digitize, automate and streamline the business processes for sales, marketing, and customer services in an end-to-end system.[2][3]

The company has gained recognition for improving the retention rate by analytically generating insights for the clients which helps in nurturing customer relations. Samdock offers a cloud-based application that integrates marketing, sales, and support teams with an increased engagement to manage sales, multi-channel help desk, marketing automation tools, and insights to manage the business in sync.

Samdock GmbH was founded by Alexander Woelke in 2018. Formerly known as Daypaio, Samdock was established with the aim to help small-scale and rising companies to automate all customer-focused tasks and processes.[4] Samdock is designed specifically for small businesses, startups, freelancers, B2B Service companies, and digital agencies.[5]

The CRM software tools provided by Samdock focus on maintaining the influx of leads alongside providing personalized analytical solutions to the customers to build up their business. It efficiently helps the users with complex processes such as customer acquisition through lead generation, deal management, customer care, customer relationship management (CRM), and marketing activities in an end-to-end system without media breaks.[6]

Samdock CRM is fully GDPR (DSGVO) compliant. The primary fields targeted by the CRM System are contact management, sales management, and customer support. It has a system for managing projects and automatically tracking inventory stock against invoices created in the system.

Samdock’s CRM can also be integrated with Zapier to manage contacts, leads, and tasks in a simplified way. With Zapier Integration the users can connect over 3000 apps with Samdock and harness the power of automation.

Samdock’s CRM, helps the users with administering, accelerating collaboration, expanding automation, and improving insights supported by data to convert potential leads into customers. It uses Deal Board to move the potential leads through the sales funnel and streamline the process, lastly achieving an increased conversion rate. Samdock also facilitates centralized repositories for boosting productivity.
