Sanet is a small village of 481 hectares in Hindaun Tehsil in Karauli district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sanet depends on HINDAUN, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 243.50% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Sanet is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Sanet's pin code is 322234[4], and village code is 01215200. The area of Sanet is segregated as 243.5 hectares irrigated area, 59.35 hectares unirrigated, the 143.67 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 34.82 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Sanet has One post office (Sanet B.O) and Ten public telephones. Sanet has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Sanet is a census village in the district of Karauli, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 3438 and has total administration over 666 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
- Sanet has 571 children, 295 boys and 276 girls.
- Scheduled caste counts for 1768 (51.43%) males constitute 892 (25.95%) of the population and females 876 (25.48%).
- Scheduled tribe counts for 108 (3.14%) males constitute 54 (1.57%) of the population and females 54 (1.57%).

According to a census 2011 report, 1642 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 898 male, 744 female with 878 (53.47%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 719 males and 159 females. 257 males and 101 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 96 male and 11 female agricultural labor. 764 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of HINDAUN and Karauli to sell earthen pots and make their living.
