Sangari is a small village of 239 hectares in Shahpura Tehsil in Bhilwara district, also known as the Textile City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sangari depends on Shahpura, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 85.51% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Sangari is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Sangari's pin code is 311407[4], and village code is 02811500. The area of Sangari is segregated as 94.84 hectares irrigated area, 33.28 hectares unirrigated, the 71.21 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 27.13 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Sangari has One post office (Sangari B.O). Sangari has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Sangari is a census village in the district of Bhilwara, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 805 and has total administration over 138 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Sangari has 115 children, 58 boys and 57 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 67 (8.32%) males constitute 32 (3.98%) of the population and females 35 (4.35%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 95 (11.80%) males constitute 51 (6.34%) of the population and females 44 (5.47%).

The workforce is 227 male, 250 female with 391 (81.97%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 196 males and 195 females. 180 males and 188 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 1 male and 4 female agricultural labor. 86 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Shahpura and Bhilwara to sell ghee and make their living.
