Sati is a small village of 79 hectares in Dungarpur Tehsil in Dungarpur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sati depends on Dungarpur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 1.18% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Sati is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Sati's pin code is 314011[4], and village code is 03293100. The area of Sati is segregated as 17 hectares irrigated area, 12 hectares unirrigated, the 33 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 17 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Sati has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Sati is a census village in the district of Dungarpur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 546 and has total administration over 111 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Sati has 95 children, 52 boys and 43 girls.
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 528 (96.70%) males constitute 280 (51.28%) of the population and females 248 (45.42%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Dungarpur to sell ghee and make their living.
