Seloo is a small village of 585 hectares in Sawai Madhopur Tehsil in Sawai Madhopur district, also known for Ranthambore National Park in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Seloo depends on SAWAI MADHOPUR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Seloo is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Seloo's pin code is 322034[4], and village code is 01314700. The area of Seloo is segregated as 385.02 hectares irrigated area, 154.01 hectares unirrigated, the 10.02 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 36.01 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Seloo is a census village in the district of Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2400 and has total administration over 388 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 43 (1.79%) males constitute 19 (0.79%) of the population and females 24 (1.0%).

The workforce is 620 male, 536 female with 648 (56.06%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 541 males and 107 females. 387 males and 88 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 12 male and 7 female agricultural labor. 508 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Sawai Madhopur to sell ghee and make their living.
