Semliya is a small village of 504 hectares in Rawatbhata Tehsil in Chittorgarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Semliya depends on Chittaurgarh, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 106.96% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Semliya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Semliya's pin code is 312606[4], and village code is 03543700. The area of Semliya is segregated as 106.96 hectares irrigated area, 64.11 hectares unirrigated, the 302.77 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 29.8 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Semliya is a census village in the district of Chittorgarh, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1039 and has total administration over 232 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled caste counts for 263 (25.31%) males constitute 142 (13.67%) of the population and females 121 (11.65%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Chittaurgarh and Chittorgarh to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
