Shahjadpur is a small village of 221 hectares in Mandawar Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Shahjadpur depends on KHAIRTHAL, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 112.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Shahjadpur is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Shahjadpur's pin code is 301427[4], and village code is 00773500. The area of Shahjadpur is segregated as 148 hectares irrigated area, 47 hectares unirrigated, remaining 26 hectare area not available for cultivation.
