Shahpura (Rural) is a small village of 5609 hectares in Shahpura Tehsil in Bhilwara district, also known as the Textile City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Shahpura (Rural) depends on Shahpura, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Shahpura (Rural) is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Shahpura (Rural)'s pin code is 311404[4], and village code is 02817500. The area of Shahpura (Rural) is segregated as 318 hectares irrigated area, 2052 hectares unirrigated, the 1923 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 1097 hectare area not available for cultivation.
