Shammi Rana

Shammi Rana is the Rapporteur of Traditional Sports and Games, the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization since 2017. He was born in Amritsar on 24th Nov 1978 and studied and grew in Amritsar, Punjab India. (Ref)(Ref)(Ref) and Secretary-General of Asian Belt Wrestling Federation (Ref)]Shammi Rana, has been honored with the USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame award(Ref).

Shammi Rana has been appointed new secretary-general of the International Council of Traditional Sports and Games(ICTSG)(Ref)
