Shivpura is a small village of 2760 hectares in Phalodi Tehsil in Jodhpur district, also known as the Blue City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Shivpura depends on Phalodi, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Shivpura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tanker. Shivpura's pin code is 342307[4], and village code is 01914700. The area of Shivpura is segregated as 2696.94 hectares unirrigated, remaining 63 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Shivpura has One public telephone. Shivpura has Two banks, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Shivpura is a census village in the district of Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 650 and has total administration over 134 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Phalodi and Jodhpur to sell ghee and make their living.
