Shreema is a small village of 885 hectares in Lalsot Tehsil in Dausa district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Shreema depends on Lalsot, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 301.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Shreema is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Shreema's pin code is 303503[4], and village code is 01433100. The area of Shreema is segregated as 601 hectares irrigated area, 41 hectares unirrigated, the 175 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 68 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Shreema has One post office (Srimaa B.O) and One public telephone. The village is connected with a single bus service. Shreema has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Shreema is a census village in the district of Dausa, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 3850 and has total administration over 760 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Shreema has 627 children, 316 boys and 311 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 946 (24.57%) males constitute 465 (12.08%) of the population and females 481 (12.49%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 1906 (49.51%) males constitute 975 (25.32%) of the population and females 931 (24.18%).

The workforce is 909 male, 773 female with 1060 (63.02%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 660 males and 400 females. 502 males and 350 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 11 male and 16 female agricultural labor. 622 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Lalsot and Dausa to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
