Shush is an unreleased Canadian thriller film written and directed by Michael Ray Fox that was shot in 2019[1] and was ultimately cancelled due to delays stemming from the Covid-19 Global Pandemic. Shush screened publicly only once[2] and streamed online for one week in early November 2021 as a special presentation by Telefilm Canada and the Silverwave Film Festival[3].
Following a delayed post production that resulted in the film's cancellation, a rough assembly of Shush was inexpensively finalized and premiered on the Closing Night of the 2021 FIN Atlantic International Film Festival[4][5]. Despite a positive response at the only screening of Shush[6], release plans for were cancelled and the film was not be publicly released. Shush stars Amy Trefry, Eldon Thiele, Reid Price, Annika Borg, Josh MacDonald, Nathaniel Dooks, and Taylor Olson[7].
