Singpura is a small village of 1405 hectares in Sojat Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Singpura depends on Sojat, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Singpura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Singpura's pin code is 306307[4], and village code is 02419700. The area of Singpura is segregated as 67 hectares irrigated area, 600 hectares unirrigated, the 198 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 540 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Singpura has One public telephone. Singpura has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Singpura is a census village in the district of Pali, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 722 and has total administration over 146 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Singpura has 107 children, 55 boys and 52 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 155 (21.47%) males constitute 81 (11.22%) of the population and females 74 (10.25%).

The workforce is 203 male, 201 female with 210 (51.98%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 174 males and 36 females. 78 males and 10 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 45 male and 21 female agricultural labor. 194 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Sojat and Pali to sell ghee and make their living.
