Sukar is a small village of 1107 hectares in Bamanwas Tehsil in Sawai Madhopur district, also known for Ranthambore National Park in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sukar depends on LALSOT, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 301.25% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Sukar is also surrounded by Two lakes. They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of LALSOT and Sawai Madhopur to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
