Sungari is a small village of 140 hectares in Baswa Tehsil in Dausa district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sungari depends on Bandikui, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Sungari is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Sungari's pin code is 303313[4], and village code is 01352300. The area of Sungari is segregated as 61.02 hectares irrigated area, 32.04 hectares unirrigated, the 31.03 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 16.03 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Sungari has Three public telephones. Sungari has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Sungari is a census village in the district of Dausa, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 802 and has total administration over 137 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
- Sungari has 110 children, 68 boys and 42 girls.
- Scheduled caste counts for 174 (21.70%) males constitute 91 (11.35%) of the population and females 83 (10.35%).
- Scheduled tribe counts for 84 (10.47%) males constitute 46 (5.74%) of the population and females 38 (4.74%).

According to a census 2011 report, 423 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 215 male, 208 female with 330 (78.01%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 194 males and 136 females. 94 males and 114 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 2 male and 4 female agricultural labor. 93 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Bandikui and Dausa to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
