Taladari is a small village of 701 hectares in Kumbhalgarh Tehsil in Rajsamand district, known for Rajsamand Lake, an artificial lake created in the 17th century by Rana Raj Singh in the state of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Taladari depends on RAJSAMAND, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Taladari is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Taladari's pin code is 313325[4], and village code is 03008900. The area of Taladari is segregated as 49 hectares irrigated area, 7 hectares unirrigated, the 275 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 210 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Taladari has One post office (Taladari B.O). Taladari has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Taladari is a census village in the district of Rajsamand, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1020 and has total administration over 240 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Taladari has 177 children, 93 boys and 84 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 122 (11.96%) males constitute 55 (5.39%) of the population and females 67 (6.57%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 410 (40.20%) males constitute 211 (20.69%) of the population and females 199 (19.51%).

The workforce is 269 male, 308 female with 177 (30.68%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 142 males and 35 females. 46 males and 18 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 17 male and 2 female agricultural labor. 400 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Rajsamand to sell juggary and make their living.
