Undawa is a small village of 1009 hectares in Gangrar Tehsil in Chittorgarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Undawa depends on Chittaurgarh, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 19.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Undawa is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Undawa's pin code is 312901[4], and village code is 03535000. The area of Undawa is segregated as 39.53 hectares irrigated area, 170.68 hectares unirrigated, the 687.67 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 111.21 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Undawa has One post office (Undwa B.O). Undawa has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Undawa is a census village in the district of Chittorgarh, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1013 and has total administration over 212 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Undawa has 185 children, 96 boys and 89 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 285 (28.13%) males constitute 132 (13.03%) of the population and females 153 (15.10%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 36 (3.55%) males constitute 18 (1.78%) of the population and females 18 (1.78%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Chittaurgarh and Chittorgarh to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
