A subsidiary of AT&T's WarnerMedia through its Studios & Networks division, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. (commonly referred to as Warner Bros. and abbreviated as WB) is a multinational mass media and entertainment conglomerate through its headquarters at the Warner Bros. Studios complex in Burbank, California. It is a subsidiary of AT&T's WarnerMedia through its Studios & Networks division. The company was founded in 1923 by four brothers, Harry, Albert, Sam, and Jack Warner, and quickly established itself as a leader in the American film industry before branching out into animation, television, and video games. It is considered one of the "Big Five" major American film studios and a member of the Motion Picture Association of America (MPA).

The Warner Bros. Pictures Group, which comprises Warner Bros. Pictures, New Line Cinema, the Warner Animation Group, Castle Rock Entertainment, and DC Films, is the company's most well-known business, and it is the company's most profitable sector. Some of the company's other assets include the television production company Warner Bros. Television Studios, the animation studios Warner Bros. Animation and Cartoon Network Studios, the comic book publisher DC Comics, the video game development and publishing arm Warner Bros. Interactive Media, the cable television channels Cartoon Network and Adult Swim, the Boomerang channel, and Turner Classic Movies, as well as a 50 percent stake in the broadcast television network The CW, which is co-owned with Viacom and CBS. In addition, Warner Bros. has a number of subsidiaries that specialise in other areas such as publishing, merchandise, music, theatre, and theme parks. A cartoon figure developed as part of the Looney Tunes series, Bugs Bunny, serves as the official mascot of the organisation.
