Andrew Kissel (born January 9, 1979), professionally known as William Cooper, is an American rapper, record producer and A&R from Newark, New Jersey. Shortly after Killah Priest's suggestion, Booth purchased and read "Behold A Pale Horse" cover to cover, wholeheartedly agreed with Priest's recommendation, and has been professionally going by William Cooper ever since.
