The 4th Alytus Biennial in 2011, gave way to the DAMTP World congress of psychic workers.

The congress involved the meeting of those using a variety of techniques including:
- monstration
- Performance art
- hypergraphy/ metagraphy (super writing and post writing) and situgraphy
- Asemic writing
- Art Strike
- Multiple-use name
- Three sided football
