Exponents are a mathematical operation used for numbers/variables multiplied an n amount of times. Exponents involve two numbers the base b and the power or exponent n and is pronounced b raised to the nth power.
E.g.
b n = n × n ⋯ n × n ⏟ n − t i m e s {\displaystyle \underbrace {b^{n}=n\times n\cdots n\times n} _{n-times}}
