The World Wide Web (abbreviated WWW or the Web) is an information space where documents and other web resources are identified by Uniform Resource Locators (URLs), interlinked by hypertext links, and can be accessed via the Internet.[1] Web foundations concepts include editors and hosting, HTML documents, block elements, text elements, lists, CSS formatting and layout, hyperlinks, tables, forms, multimedia, JavaScript, server-side scripting, and frameworks.[2][3]

This course comprises 15 lessons covering web foundations concepts. Each lesson includes a combination of Wikipedia readings, YouTube videos, and hands-on learning activities. The course also assists learners in preparing for CIW Site Development Associate certification.
