6 DLP is a small village of 339 hectares in Sangaria Tehsil in Hanumangarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. 6 DLP depends on Sangaria, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. 6 DLP is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Canal. 6 DLP's pin code is 335063[4], and village code is 00316600. The area of 6 DLP is segregated as 262 hectares irrigated area, 62 hectares unirrigated, remaining 15.38 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Sangaria and Hanumangarh to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
