Cramming

From Conservapedia

Cramming is a slang term referring to the practice of studying intensively to absorb large volumes of information in a very short period of time, often in preparation for exams.

The phrase is also used in the telecommunications industry to refer to the fraudulent practice in which customers are billed for enhanced telecommunications features such as voice mail, caller-ID and call-waiting that they have not ordered.
