Pindaran is a small village of 1533 hectares in Pachpadra Tehsil in Barmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Pindaran depends on BALOTRA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Pindaran is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tanker. Pindaran's pin code is 344026[4], and village code is 02150700. The area of Pindaran is segregated as 1394 hectares unirrigated, the 109 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 30 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Pindaran has One public telephone. The village is connected with a single bus service. Pindaran has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Pindaran is a census village in the district of Barmer, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1231 and has total administration over 217 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
- Pindaran has 243 children, 117 boys and 126 girls.
- Scheduled caste counts for 32 (2.60%) males constitute 18 (1.46%) of the population and females 14 (1.14%).
- Scheduled tribe counts for 264 (21.45%) males constitute 120 (9.75%) of the population and females 144 (11.70%).

According to a census 2011 report, 655 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 350 male, 305 female with 478 (72.98%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 313 males and 165 females. 242 males and 146 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 4 male and 4 female agricultural labor. 177 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of BALOTRA and Barmer to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
