Jacob Ben Joel:

Russian rabbi in Brest-Litovsk in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. He wrote: "She'erit Ya'aḳob," containing ḥiddushim on the Pentateuch, on the Five Megillot, and on some Talmudic haggadot (Altona, 1727). See Brest-Litovsk .
