Selhaur is a small village of 0 hectares in Ramsanehighat Tehsil in Barabanki district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Selhaur depends on Rudauli (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Selhaur's pin code is 225416[4], and village code is 05827500. The area of Selhaur is segregated as 165 hectares irrigated area. the 10 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves).

Selhaur is a census village in the district of Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 2689 and has total administration over 438 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Rudauli (MB) and Barabanki to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
